Cancellation

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.

In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.

All older children or adults are charged GBP 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Staff are available in the office from 07:00 until 19:00 to help you with any faxing, photocopying or booking of a taxi.

There are staff available for emergencies 24 hours a day.

Food & beverage

A continental breakfast including freshly brewed coffee, yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit, juice and toasts with butter and jam will be brought direct to your room at a time you request. Breakfast is suitable for vegetarians.

For evening meals there is a wide choice of restaurants, including Italian, French, English and Asian all within a 5-minute walk.

The courtyard bed and breakfast rooms are ideal accommodation for business people, tourists and holidaymakers.

All rooms are accessed by their own private door, so you can come and go as you please.

Spotlessly clean rooms - pre-warmed in the winter and freshly aired in the summer - are great for a one night stopover or week-long business stay.

Area information

Abingdon town centre is approximately one mile away, where you can easily find cash points, shops, petrol stations, doctors, dentists, vets and a large sports centre.

Enjoy the local countryside by cycling and walking along the Thames Path. Venture further afield to Oxford, a city steeped in history, or even head to the Cotswolds for a bit of antique hunting.

Bleinham Palace with its amazing grounds and gardens is only 20 minutes' drive away.

Locally you can enjoy golf, the cinema, the theatre, many museums, bowling, dog racing, ice skating, clubbing, boating, punting and fishing. The office holds information on all these attractions and many more.

Office hours are from 07:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 14:00 on Saturdays, and from 08:00 to 12:00 on Sundays. Ideally, guests should check-in before the office is closed, although checking-in after this time is possible if agreed prior to your arrival. Strictly no checking-in after 23:00.
